Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Atash order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at atashstore.com@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we take responsibility. Contact us at atashstore.com@gmail.com and we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
